The cuttings appeared as articles in the local newspapers following the meetings. Until 1935 the style of the reports was formal with coverage being on an item by item basis. The coverage then became less formal with reports concentrating on major agenda items. Recordkeeping System The system of arrangement of volumes is chronological. The cuttings were inserted in the volumes in chronological order as they were published in the newspapers.
